3 cups cooked rice
5 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp cooking oil
Salt, to taste

Cooking Procedure 1. Cook the Tapa Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the tapa and cook for 5–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked and lightly caramelized. Remove from the pan and set aside. 2. Prepare the Garlic Fried Rice Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the minced garlic until golden brown and fragrant. Add the cooked rice and toss until evenly coated with the garlic. Season with salt and stir-fry for 3–5 minutes until heated through. 3. Fry the Eggs Heat oil in a separate pan. Fry the eggs to your preferred doneness (sunny-side up is the traditional choice). Season lightly with salt. 4. Assemble and Serve Place a generous serving of garlic fried rice on a plate.
